Comprehensive care that honors the child, supports the family, and nurtures growth
I’m Julianne Brownhill, B.S., OTR/L, Founder and Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Occupational Therapy Solutions LLC. With over 30 years of experience, I’m dedicated to helping children build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their community.

My practice provides individualized, family-centered occupational therapy for children and young adults with neurodiverse profiles, developmental delays, and medical complexities. Using a blend of developmental, neurological, and routine-based approaches, I help children make meaningful progress while supporting caregivers in a neuroaffirming manner that honors each child’s unique strengths and identity.

I offer parent and caregiver training to ensure families feel equipped, supported, and confident in continuing their child’s growth beyond each session. With flexible scheduling, personal collaboration, and both in-person and telehealth options, I’m committed to creating a positive, empowering therapy experience for every child and family.

Empowering Parents Through Convenient Telehealth Coaching
Telehealth coaching makes parent and caregiver support more accessible and flexible by allowing you to connect from home at a time that works for your family. Through video-based sessions, you’ll receive personalized strategies to support your child during everyday routines — mealtime, play, schoolwork, and more.

By observing your child in their natural environment, telehealth offers valuable insights that traditional clinic visits may miss. Together, we’ll explore your child’s strengths and challenges, uncover the “why” behind their behaviors, and build your confidence in guiding their progress. You are the most essential part of your child’s therapy team, and telehealth helps ensure consistent, meaningful growth between sessions.
